Intelligent Quotation system

The iQuote quotation system is especially customised for the aluminium joinery construction industry. Create an accurate quotation for aluminum windows, doors etc with iQuote quotation system.

This is a fully functional stand-alone PC system to provide price quotes and invoices for your customers.

iQuote will save you money by giving you accurate costs for a new job and minimising waste by optimising cut lengths.

Powerful and flexible enough to deal with materials and rules from complex aluminium window construction, to security alarm installation, to photocopy shops.

iQuote

iQuote is a flexible, accurate quotation system. It produces professional quotations and invoices for your customers, and accurate lists and summaries for your company's operational activities. You can save money and materials by using the linear optimiser to identify the best pattern to use to cut the material for your job.

Standardise your products with high quality, accurate and complete list of the materials and labour needed for every product you sell. Create new products easily by copying and modifying an existing product, or create an original customised design from scratch. New materials, prices and options can be easily added to the existing product list.

There are some sample reports on our demo page

The program includes the following features:

  • Products, materials and parts: You sell products to customers. Products are made of parts (materials, quantity and a size). Parts can be sub assemblies (other products) and we support multiple levels.
  • Enhanced graphics facilities to build a product from a grid of subassemblies.
  • The system will support a single job for a new customer, or it can store customer details for repeat work.
  • Product profiles allow the product size to specified at quote time. A product may have many measurements, and these may apply to subassemblies.
  • Product options allow you to change the materials a product is made of at quote time.
  • Rules allow you to test materials, products and sizes to make sure they fit together. (e.g. if a sheet of glass goes beyond a certain size, a thicker piece of glass must be used; if a different handle has been selected, larger screws must be used)
  • Location based rules can apply different rules based on what location code is allocated to the quote. This is particularly useful for wind loading factors for glass.
  • Raked windows, and non-rectangular windows are supported.
  • Margins can be per quote, product within each quote, for each material or material type. Or any combination of these.
  • Reports produced include quotation, invoice, summaries of material usage, cutting instructions, reports covering multiple quotations, and management summaries
  • An optional linear optimiser is also available to minimise usage of lengths. This includes an allowance for wastage on each length and each cut. (There is a small extra cost for this feature)
  • Each product can have a picture. A simple drawing program is supplied with Quote 2000, but you can also import image files from other programs or from other computer based catalogs. Some products can have their picture generated from the assembly information.
  • This program is fully Year 2000 compliant. Our database supports dates into the next century. All dates are displayed, entered and printed as 4 digit years.
  • Internet features includes on-line help, and email support using your default browser and email client. No new complex programs to learn.
  • Easy to use graphic interface using standard Windows menus and controls.
  • Extensive import and output capability to share data between systems. Quotes, products and images can be easily transferred between Quote 2000 systems. We also support transfers to other systems.

A free demo download is not currently available as it's a bit too large to provide as a web download.  If you require more information now, please email us.
